better value elsewhere

The Islanda is overprices with a rather basic breakfast. While it has only 18 rooms the layout is rather odd. We needed to negotiate many steps to reach the lobby and then repeat the same number of steps to go back down to our room. There was no hot water the first 24 hours of our stay and the room was not cleaned until after 3.00pm. We did not eat at the resort. The beach is a 10 minute walk away with a good choice of places to eat.

Best view in Koh mak
Good hotel with some very friendly staff en the most beatiful view you can find in the gulf of Thailand.

Hotel is very nicely clean and good service
We was with 2 small boys . The place is very nice . We Can see the sea view very very nice . The hotel is clean , food is nice . All around is very good. They care all in hotel.

The staff were very helpful picked us up at the pier and dropped us back off. Very clean hotel with an amazing infinity pool.
