Good location but unfortunately the hotel is situated right on the middle of the free way intersection. Noisiest hotel we have ever stayed
Deluxe Balcony with Big C parking view with unbearable noise from Big C's Air-condition Units, constant noise from free way traffic and until 1:00 or 2:00 am very annoyed loud music from bar across the street from the hotel (on Saturday 8/11/2012)
Friendly hotel staff but never ask hotel front desk personnel to book tuk-tuk or anything.
It is not their part of services but as front desk personnel for the hotel and services to customers, they should have some knowledge about scenic and historic places in Phetchaburi, I believe they live there, don't they?
Hotel and our room were clean and new, bathroom smelled like sewerage.
Hotel room amenities (soap, shampoo, rinse, etc…) were poorly supplied. No tissue paper was provided and we asked, then we were given extra toilet paper, no toothbrush, combs were provided
