Nice resort but then the storm came...
This is a decent resort. I have stayed here before and it was great. It was my second time staying here. The breakfast has improved. They now offer a buffet, which had many options. The room however was not that great for what I paid for this time. I know I got a room with no A/C, but the fan was so loud. Every time it would swing to a certain side, it would make a loud sound and it made it hard to sleep at times. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had a nice view from the terrace and the bed was decent. However, I had to deal with a rude receptionist when I had to check-out early, due to the storm that was headed our way. The lady kept me waiting for about 10 minutes, as she was on the phone. When I asked her if I could get a shuttle she rudely shut me down and when I tried to reason with her, she told me it was my fault that I missed it. She claimed that she was only on the phone for 2 minutes when she wasn't. My girlfriend was there also waiting. The service was better before.
