Good location. Process and service can be better refined. I had paid in full on my credit card prior

..to arrival and we were still asked to pay a deposit in cash of 1000 baht. When we checked out we were not promoted or reminded about our cash deposit and had not realised this was not returned to us until we were back in Phuket. I have sent to emails requesting our deposit to be returned. Even if payment is returned on my card used for payment of reservation. It has been some time now and still no response. We would like our deposit returned ASAP.

Ok for short stay but not for a relaxing holiday
