a pleasant stay at friendly hotel

friendly staff room was large although sparsley furnished ie could do with some drawer space cleaned daily small point being tall I found the balcony too low as it only came to thigh high and could be easy to topple over bathroom ok with usual thai type shower it drains into floor good lighting although could do with bedside lamp or switch for lights.only had 1 breakfast which was ok at110 bhts but across road at cool house same bfast for 65bhts (cheap Charlie )although plenty or 7/11 and family marts in area unfortunately topps supermarket has closed nearest now central festival about 10 mins walk .all the bars of sois7/8 around the corner

Great place close to Pattaya Beach
Open spacy registration area.. Good atmosphere.. Very friendly Manager and staff.. Older hotel, upkeep seems harder..

Great for budget travellers
The hotel is very centrally located, close to beach, shopping, restaurants, nightlife etc. Very clean but old facilities in need of modernisation. Staff are courteous and helpful.
