Greedy hotel

I cannot be deny that the hotel room and atmosphere is completely fabulous. Aside the room the service has much problems. I was ordering dinner for dining in the room and the hotel was charged me for the delivering fee. My room is located like 1 mins walk to the lobby which is super near to the hotel restaurant. I have been to more than 20 hotels even many 5 stars hotel, I have never encountered such fee in my life. These fee really effect my feeling of stay because i think this range of hotel should not being greedy of charging customer by walking 1 mins sending the hotel food to the room. Other than that the food price is super high and the food menu is very little for example a bottle of coca cola would cost you 150 baht. Not very impressed, there are many more hotels in phuket with this price range would offer you much more than these.

Unique and Perfect Experience
I absolutely loved everything about this location. The rooms in Treehouse were exquisite, the views breathtaking, and the vibe just relaxing. I hope to bring more people back with me next time.
