Perfectly fun and chill at the same time
Our stay at Glur Hostel was the best experience I've ever had. I wasn't expecting too much from a hostel, but when we got here, we were amazed at the surroundings and how the whole place looked. It's the first hostel I've been that looked this unique and fresh. Our room was huge which I didn't expect from looking at the pictures in the internet. Our bathroom was huge too. The bed was thick and comfortable, we liked the light blue colour of the interior, its so refreshing to the eye. Right outside our door is the pool. We love the setup of Glur hostel specially the shared kitchen and dining/lounge area.. There is a ping pong table and a lot of places to laze around. The place is surrounded by trees and plants which makes it really nice and cool, just make sure to bring your insect repellant to avoid mosquito bites. At the reception area, you can clearly see the famous rock formations.. At night, there is a small street market just steps away from the hostel. It's about 10 minutes drive to the beach. If you decide to walk to the centre near the beach, it will be quite long, better to take a tuk2x or rent a motorbike. The owner Rick is a great guy too. It's a quiet and cool place to stay, I would go back in a heart beat.
