No daily housekeeping, lousy WiFi,

1) There're no daily housekeeping at all for 4D3N stays i.e. no complimentary drinking water provided daily, no changing bath towel, no shampoo nor shower gel is refilled... :-(

2) Have to get the new user and password logon from the receptionist for WiFi access daily... :-(

3) The water heater not well functioned... :-(

** The male receptionist is helpful and the hotel location is easy access to both BTS Chong Nonsi and BTS Sala Daeng... :-)

Good but could be better
The rooms are huge, and there's an almost unbelievable quantity of closets, drawers and cabinets, kept pretty clean. It could charge a lot more if they just fix a few things: add cable TV, put up dar... อ่านต่อ

quiet yet beautiful hotel
Arrived at the hotel at 9am from my flight which landed at 730am. Reception staff was not very friendly and despite the fact that there are rooms available, was told that check-in can only be done aft... อ่านต่อ

NIce stay but the entrance is very tight if you are driving.
Easily found but the driveway in to the hotel just fits in to one car. For just a nights stay, its OK. Value for money.
