Ok, let's start with the good: clean, beautiful, big, quiet. It has almost everything you can ask for, especially for kids: pool, toys, a play room, large outside spaces to run around and play, movies, etc.
The staff is good.
The bad: we were a group of 6. Every morning, for breakfast, they'd try to cram us in a table for 4 - other tables were "reserved", "can't join them", "everything is busy", etc. Every morning we had to complain and eventually 2 tables would be arranged. Why did they feel the need to always make it difficult, is beyond me. That aside, breakfast is very good. But the experience...
The restaurant: the in-house restaurants are very expensive, and the food is really the blandest I've found in Thailand (and I live here).
The small things: my pregnant wife was nauseous, so I went to get some toast bread for her. Asked for 2 slices. They charged me 70 baht. I found it distasteful for such a place to make us pay for that.
All in all, a solid choice for kids' though!
