Great Location

I can see why people complain. The owners really need to do something for the prices which are charged. Bathroom stinks, hot water only works if you have a trickle of water coming out, bed is like sleeping on a wooden board, no sound proofing. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff, extremely helpful. When we complain about the bed, they put extra layers of blankets and mattress on to make it sleepable, very helpful with suggestions on places to go and see, fridnely and attentive. I pity the staff because could see they had to cop the same complaints from many other customers at the hotel, they should probably go to a better hotel and get less complaints and better job satisfaction.
