generally ok, location not so good

Locate a bit up in a hill. Our room on 2nd level w/ narrow steps. Staff are polite & friendly., room is clean. Wifi in room ok but the a/c can hardly control by remote. The wooden bed stand (especially corners are sharply sticking out) causing safety problem to foot.
