Deception of a Penthouse for Romance

Romantic Holiday Ruined. 4 night stay. Had issues from day 1. Right next to Smelly Water Treatment Plant. Broken Waterfall in rooftop jett pool, dirty water, no hot water, all in same pool.
Broken Jetted tub in room, lied about fixing, it can only fit a single person. Only 2 towels a day.
Staff lied about fixing all broken items for days.
Manager Mint unwilling to compensate for the bad experience. I have been trying for days but now i'm out they don't seem to care. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON PENTHOUSE. Same as a deluxe room or jr. Suite elsewhere. Breakfast was nothing special. Very Dangerous hill exit on to road, can't see autos coming up. Almost 2 falls off motorcycle from this.
You will be extremely unhappy with the Hotel.
The view was nice over the pool but there are such better places for the money.
I have tried to resolve the issue with management but they don't seem to care. Play games about in meetings and gone home.
I can't recommend this place to any traveler.

Good if you get a deal on price

Clean place but old
