Hotel great, but few things has to be improved

Nice, quite, clean hotel, friendly staff. Good location 10 min walk to the beach. Minivan available for hotel guests goes down to the town 3 times a day. Good food selection for breakfast, even for picky eaters although it's the same everyday. WiFi available in every room plus another network around the whole resort with decent speed enough for Netflix, YouTube or video calls. Rooms cleaned daily. Junior suite on ground floor right outside the pool, perfect for family with two kids, two bedrooms with double beds.
Now cons:
Hotel charged my credit card almost two weeks before arriving and booking was made with payment at the property. They charge you 2000thb deposit at checking in. Airport transfer is a joke, don't bother get a taxi from the airport for 1000thb and book online when going back. Last thing is the pool, has to be renovated ASAP, tiles falling off, sharp edges and wires hanging down under water.

Nice hotel for a family stay
