Surprisingly satisfied

We booked the 2 bedrooms villa for 7 of us and expected to be used for sleeping only as Phuket is known for their various outdoor activities . We intend to go out daily and only come back in the evening for our 6 days stay there. We realised that they have just enough activities to keep everyone busy, from 6 to 60yrs old. It came complete with a full kitchen with a washing machine and dryer thrown in. As the resort do not serve Halal food, we are able to cook. Nevertheless, there are some Halal eateries around and nearby mart to buy our groceries.
Staff was exceptional and the our water distruption was resolved within 30 minutes. They took a lot of effort to ensure our complaints and queries are resolved. They even take the initiative to call us if we require any help with our departure, wake up call etc.
We would give all 5 stars if they provide the following:- 1) Halal section 2) Mobile apps not only for the resort but including the nearby resorts. There are so many activities happening around and the resort apps will definitely be helpful.

Smart accommodation but would hire a car to see the real Thailand
