Roomy, clean, great pools and gym but room smelled musty or like mold.

The room was spacious and very nice. The staff were all kind and helpful, though one was very pushy in trying to get us to attend the timeshare briefing. That made us uncomfortable, but overall the stay was very good. I thought our room smelled musty (like the AC had non been run for some time), but my husband thought it smelled like mold. The room was very clean, the gym was great, the restaurants were good. It is far from Phuket town, it in a nice area if you just want a relaxing resort stay.

I'm so disappointed about the check in time and check out time.

Nice facilities, poor food, mixed staff.

Room is big but people around are not friendly.
