Best hotel yet!

This probably qualifies as the most child-friendly hotel I have ever been to. The facilities are, while slightly dated, beautifully maintained and well-equipped. Kids' club was a hit with the kids, and certainly our children truly enjoyed it. Service staff were friendly to a fault, and I always felt like I was pampered and of course it made tipping so much more pleasant rather than compelled.

Upon knowing my children were down with gastroenteritis, the hotel staff sent cookies and a get-well note, and gave instructions to spare no effort in giving us whatever help needed, such as calling for doctors in the middle of the night, changing bed-covers and quilts and baby cot mattresses whenever needed even when it can be a few times a day, etc etc. While a nightmare for me because of how the kids fell ill, the hotel staff's hospitality and the facilities have made a firm fan out of me!
