Family friendly with excellent staff who has truely service oriented.
This is one of the best hotel, if you travel family with kids. Relatively smaller than some other big resort, but they have all the facilities you need for kids.
Kids center operates till 10PM, near to beach, and right next to turtle village. Room is also spacious and fully equipped with washing machine and kitchen (except oven. They have only microwave oven).
Above all, staffs are very friendly and professional. Concierge will assist you very well. And they truly listen to your problem and very well know how to help in professional way. It is not normal in many hotels. For example, washing machine has problem. At first they sent engineer to repair it. Temporarily it fixed but trouble again. Next morning, they immediately replace it with new one, and provided us for some laundry service. Instead of saying thousands words of 'sorry', they understand our problem and help us to problem.
Also some says this is not Marriott's hotel. At first I was worried about it. But it seems it is not a problem. Property seems to belong different owner, but staff and service are provided under cooperation with JW Marriott. I realized it at the time of departure, because I had to sign two different slips; one for late check from the property, one for food & service under JW Marriott's name.
