環境十分之舒適，很天然！員工服務態度十分之優質！mini bar除咗有兩款要收費，其餘都是免費的！早餐很美味，即叫即整，食用環境很令人感到放鬆！健身房不大，但設施十分齊全！房間内提供的芒果很好吃！

酒店建在山上，其實房間能夠看到的海景是十分之少！建議自駕，因為距離Patong beach有一定的路程！門牌好低調，我們第一次經過了都不知道，好彩有導航系統提示！酒店很大，平時要靠Golf car來回房間，每次叫車後大概等幾分鐘就有車來了，不會等很久！房間内的風筒不是Dyson,但我們9月時住過BKK rosewood是用Dyson的，不知為何集團式但不是統一的用品！淋浴區夜晚時太暗，根本就看不清楚東西！水壓不夠！Housekeeping 喺執房嘅時候並沒有refill 冲涼液及化妝棉！我發現有一個枕頭袋穿左窿，以那麼高價的酒店來說實在不能接受！我們一向外遊都是選擇高質的酒店，但Rosewood Phuket並非我心目中所想的，希望佢可以改善！
