โรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุด worst resort in my life

Air con does not work in all the rooms, couldn’t sleep at night. Owner did not take responsibility of this, and gave me a dirty fan to use instead. She claims the air condition failure is due to the electricity department; therefore, she does not take any responsibility. If she was smart enough and had a brain and was competent to run a hotel, she should make sure everything was ok. Electricity shut down more than 30 times within 12 hours.
