Nearly a 5 star hotel.

Nearly 5 star, but not quite. Staff training is still required for this relatively new hotel. If you want a drink in the cafe expect to wait 40 minutes. Food also takes way too long. The breakfast staff are really very good and the chef personal checks on customers. The rooms are very nice, very clean, and well laid out. The location is excellent and within an easy walk to most things of interest in the city. The hotel is priced at the top end, but really does not deserve to be thought of as five star. I would recommend the hotel to people that are prepared to pay a premium for the location, but in my opinion it over priced. I would stay here again for the convenience.

I had a good relex in chala number 6
I stayed 2 nights in Chala number 6. Good facility, nice staff, best location...everything was good to me. Any chance to visit Chiangmai again, I will choose here again.
