I wanted to like this hotel more than I actually did. The facilities were beautiful and location was pretty decent with it being in near a lot of things you would want. What ruined the stay for boyfriend and I was the staff. We felt like we were being judged from the moment of arrival and like we didnt "belong" here. I am saddened because this was my splurge hotel of the trip and was my worst stay because of the staff. We felt discriminated against and truly did not understand why we were being treated terribly. The spa was decent. Not sure I would spend that kind of money again for the quality of what we got, but it was okay. I was very high hopeful for this hotel and it did not live up to my expectations especially for the money. If I find myself in Chiang Mai again, I will definately be finding a different place to stay.

It is a beautiful property, but service could be improved.
The house keeper took away my second key. I told the night manager, but never got the key back n no explanation. Also I told the night manager about the drain in the shower. Don’t know if the staff... อ่านต่อ

Nice design of the hotel, Good bed, lack of wardrobe space, fantastic breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay. A little pricey, but well located and fantastic staff. Some issues with plumbing and Internet access.

Well located, great staff. Very nice garden and pool area. A bit over-priced - new facilities, but internet issues and bathroom flooded with every shower.

Staff are great. Location is perfect, especially for Sunday night "Walking Street" market. Gym small but functional, pool cool. A tad pricey.
