Offers very good value for specific needs

This isn’t a cheap hotel. The value proposition is interesting. For your money you get an incredibly oversized villa with heated private pool and exceptional service. The rooms are shabby chic - rustic opulent. There’s an abundance of marble and intricate detailing but done in a completely unmodern anti-chic and hippy kind of way. Breakfast is good because the food is ala carte but it isn’t like the spread at the Bangkok Marriott for example. The pool and restaurant are unassuming. If peace and quiet is your goal, and you aren’t looking for modern hotel amenities than this is your place. If you’re looking for a modern 5 star hotel, you’ll be disappointed. For a private getaway I think this place is great.

Huge home away from home
