Beautiful hotel in tranquil setting, good service

we followed a recommendation from a previous guest and opted for a sea view pool villa. it was big enough for ourselves and 20 year old daughter. a kitchen with washing machine is provided and there are lots of convenient hooks on which to dry clothing - both indoors and out. the pool is a good size for swimming and cooling down, and the view from the terrace is stunning. the staff were delightful - so friendly and helpful. the beach is easily the cleanest we have visited in south-east asia and the hawkers offer their services but are not pushy about it. the beach was very quiet and peaceful when we visited, so very relaxing. we used the hotel's spa services twice and enjoyed a massage in the privacy of our own room the first time and then in the spa itself on the second occasion. i can highly recommend the top quality thai massage that they provide.
