Great location, basic services

We loved the location because we were near everything, and yet it was quiet (no night life noise). Kaibae Hut itself is super simple, no frills, family-friendly, perfect for us. But if you want some frills, you can eat at any adjacent hotel, walk (2-5minutes) to loads of services like restaurants, shopping, beach-side massage, elephant trekking, white sand beach, and of course boat tours for snorkeling right on-site. Staff are a shy and speak very little English, but you can manage just fine with some creativity. We loved the Kaibae area.

Comfortable hotel

Poor service, rooms not cleaned regularly, beds and pillows rock hard, very disappointing
Disappointing, as could be easily sorted with new beds and pillows, and room maids management! After traveling for Bangkok and arrived at 16 00pm room still not cleaned!
