Doesn't care about the client. Money, money money

the hôtel tries giving à good image but doed non moral things. They don't care about the Customer if he payed. We had à loud room, asked for another. The hôtel was empty and the manager didn't want at the beginning. We had to insist and the insist on getting à refund because the other room was cheaper. And finaly They FORCE people to take poses and pictures for their facebook. To take them think They have a good image.

Even though it says there is airport shuttle on the site there isn't one and will cost $20 USD for taxi each way. There isn't much to see really but the staff is friendly with clean rooms and a nice h... อ่านต่อ

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff.
I booked a fan room but due to thin walls, a noisy neighbor and a sleepless night staff moved me to a triple air-con room for the same price without asking. It's the only room in the place with a wind... อ่านต่อ
