No safe in the room

First I must say that the two ladies at the reception are the nicest an most helpful persons. However in the listing, in the room's description it says laptop safe. Actually there is no safe . There is a locker near the reception on which it is written: "this is not a safe deposit box. We have no responsibility for the goods within". Also the lady said "the use of the safe is free only you have to put 20 bats when you want to close it. If you loose the key you pay 1000 bats." Besides that, the mattress was extremely hard. However they were very nice and they fixed it by adding 10 blankets on top. I must repeat, the nicest thing about the hotel is the staff.
