Best guest experience on our trip

During our time in Thailand we stayed in three different hotels, the staff at Casa Blanca were by far our best experience. We were only at this hotel one night yet they arranged our airport pick up and Ferry transfer. We were warmly welcomed with tea and fruit, our room was ready early,they were able to provide local information and a detailed map. When our Ferry pick up was late they initiated the call to confirm that everything was okay. Our room was lovely and looked onto the quiet courtyard. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and we found the hotel overall well maintained and clean. Hospitality at this hotel is a 10 plus,, I wish the staff at our other hotels were as wonderful as the staff at Casa Blanca.
