Worst experience ever

My family and i come Phuket for a relax and enjoy. As honest, we feel disappointed much on this trip because of service of this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist staffs are not understand via english. Secondly, they are rude to us by shouting us in front of public.
I am not thinking that a reputation hotel will give on suck service to your customer. We are coming for stay not to pay for seeing sucks face. From the feedback as customers, i am really hope that the hotel management take action to educate your staff well in every perspective.

Great Place!
Location might be a little far from the main attractions but they have shuttle buses. Booked 2 rooms but they upgraded it to a 2 bedroom suite which was great! Loved this place and would stay again if... อ่านต่อ

Ashlee is useless property with only benefit of location in Patong area and they are having 2Br suit
