Good location for nightlife

I stayed only one night during my travel around Thailand touristic spots. I liked easy access to central Pattaya easy access to beach easy access to night life spots. They promise Internet access in the room on agenda, but in reality there is almost no signal in the room, wifi is very weak. Also they gave me room without windows, but on photo of the same room type in agoda there is a window.

Good and clean hotel in the center
