Budget price hotel value for money

Very convenient location for a hotel that has ease of access to great local food, tourist haunt as well as nightlife. Close to local transport point where one catches a 10baht ride heading down to Jomtien beach. Walking distance to Friendship Supermarket where I believe it's the cheapest local supermarket (even cheaper than Big C) for compatible products and brands). Hotel is adequately quiet, clean and generally in good maintenance. One disadvantage is in guests have to take a walk up a flight of stairs with luggage as there is no lift to reach the Reception floor which is at level 2 (lift is restricted for Staff at level 1). Recommended for all travelers provided they don't carry heavy luggage.

Hotel location hard to find even using google map.
