A good place for short trip

In general, this place is very well organized for your trip. Receptionist is very kind and helpful in showing us many adventure combo (Night safari, Elephant riding, Zip line, Drafting, Trekking...) in Chiang Mai with reasonable price which is lower than a nearby agency that we asked for information. Especially, in the afternoon, there's a very "lovable" receptionist.
Hotel facilities are quite enough for a short trip. There's no hair drier, safe and room is small, just fit for a bed and your luggage. We've been there for just 2 days, so that's ok for us.
Breakfast at hotel is a la carte, not a buffet, most of dishes is fried eggs, butter, jam, bread, or fried rice. So, if you expect to enjoy local food, I suggest you to go out of hotel and walk a few step to the corner, there's a restaurant called Thoan Aoan, it's good place for breakfast.
Hotel's location is inside of the Old City in Chiang Mai, it's very convenient for us to go any where. Hotel can call and deal a songtheo (red car) for you.
Hotel decoration is the best. There's a small garden inside of the hotel which provide us many beautiful shots. Every corner of hotel is very well decorated.
We'll be back here for next trip to Chiang Mai.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Great location, friendly staff
Stayed here over New Year and it was great. Staff very friendly, right in the middle of the Old Town, breakfast was free and good every morning, room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is the wall... อ่านต่อ

Good service, clean room.
The location is pretty good however we had difficulties finding it. Two of our drivers couldn't locate it and they sent us to another hotel which has a similar name. Maybe the signage could be bigger.... อ่านต่อ
