Bed bugs and terrible Management!

We discovered bed bugs on one of the beds in our room on the fourth floor of this hotel a week ago! We told the guy at the front desk, who didn't speak English but seemed to understand the term "bed bugs" and didn't seem too surprised. He showed us to another room, which looked clean of bed bugs, but then I found a mattress right outside in the hallway that was just crawling with bed bugs!!! We packed up right away and went downstairs to get our money back and find another place to stay. The man at the desk called the owner and put us on the phone with him. The owner refused to refund us any money and even acknowledged there were bed bugs. He seemed to think there was no problem with having bed bugs because he doesn't charge much for his rooms!! We told him we would be writing reviews on Agoda and he said it doesn't matter, people will continue to come because it's cheap.

Do yourself a huge favor and stay far far away!!

Comfortable room

Small

Clean but expensive
