Staff was rude. Also they hold on to your passports as a "deposit" which I read online is a thing of the past and it's not legal anymore. They refused to give us our passports if we wanted to stay there. There's no breakfast and actually no place for eating at the hotel at all. Room was gross. Hairs all over sheets and floor. It was dark everywhere too. If I hadn't already paid for the night, I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Terrible.
