I booked a room which clearly stated during my booking and printed on the voucher "Grand Suite With Breakfast". But the hotel staff denied my right of breakfast, instead they claim this is Agoda fault. I requested to talk to their manager but she replied the manager is not around and could not be reach. Fine, at night I requested again to talk to the manager, she cannot manage to contact the manager because the manager already went back. The next day during check out I ask again to talk to their manager and you know what the counter staff replied, "The manager already went out for lunch". I wrote to Agoda regarding this matter, and I must said Agoda is really a responsive and responsible company. Agoda has extended their helps to resolve this matter professionally.
