Location was great, almost everything was perfect. The only downside is that the building isn't very high, so you don't really get a good view of anything from the windows. and the staff didn't seem to have received my booking as they couldn't find a hardcopy of the reservation, and asked if I have already paid and if i booked from booking.com.

Staff was rude. Also they hold on to your passports as a "deposit" which I read online is a thing of the past and it's not legal anymore. They refused to give us our passports if we wanted to stay the... อ่านต่อ
