Great location but aging hotel

this hotel has an excellent location near all of the shopping in downtown hat yai. and ten years ago it would have been great. but now it reeks of stale cigarette smoke and needs to be refurbished. the room are good size but lack windows from which you can see out. the breakfast is poor and is best avoided.

no privacy room
