Location is satistied but service & cleanliness required more improvement

excited when we have family trip in hat yai this trip, but facing unhappy matter during we are checkout-- a big towel missing.
We are stay in 4 days time, but only ask for housekeeping once and we never counter check before and after the housekeeping. And we are never notice the actual "quantity of facility / convenient" inside the room together with our belonging also inside the room but we are no one inside the room during housekeeping. So unfortunity we are facing 1 used towel missing when we check-out and front desk would like to charge us for THB800 for the "USED" towel missing.
Suggested guess check very PROPERLY during check in, before and after housekeeping, and before checkout, makesure "ALL" in proper.
Suggested hotel's prepare a check list for guess to counter check during check-in the room in order to fair for both party to avoid unhappy things to happens once again.

Few Restfull days in Hat Yai
