ROOM KEY CARD

in this year , i book this hotel more then 18 night. Everytime i stay with 2 pax but hotel only give me 1 room key card, request for many times also refuse to give. It make me unconvinient. 1) Have to call another partner to open door for me although he/she was sleeping. 2) When go out seperately, have to wait each other to come back for open the door.

Hotel facilities and staffs are friendly and helpful. The bad thing is the Hotel Wi-Fi reception.
