Night counter staff unfriendly and uncooperative. My bed sunk in so i wanted to change to another room. At first, she said no more rooms, later when i argued she said got room but can only change in the morning and hung up the phone on me. Naturally i was pissed so I went down to the lobby to vent my unsatisfaction. She showed me some attitude but later said got one room. When i went to check the room, there was a weird smell, one light was broken and the other light was flickering non stop, of course i said No! When i demanded another room she said no more rooms when i know there are because i checked on agoda and there were plentiful of rooms left. You be the judge! For the same price, there are many other better choices so this will be my first and last time staying here
