good location ,friendly staff, value for money .

booked two rooms for family 3 adults 2 children, enough room for all.
facility clean and daily service. tv,bar fridge,no tea making facility, king size bed.2x3 mtr bathroom, small balcony for drying clothes.
breakfast basic but good selection cereal, eggs toast,fruit yoghut, tea, coffee, suitable for western and thai.
hotel shares good size pool with others in street !! water ok but facility not so clean! not locked from public.

very short stroll to beach (100m), great beach with sand banks for children,has jet skis and water sports if required. usual thai beach chairs etc.
many food vendors near hotel, shopping plaza has all the western food outlets and food court, short walk to market near hospital cheap eats.family mart and 7/11 nearby

tuk tuk 100 bht any where in town, "green bus "10 bht per trip
night life is towards town need to get transport, could walk if feeling fit.
would stay here again have no negative view of hotel
