high class hotel, service us excellext

I stay in this hotel second time, I upgrade my room to comfy room, they charge me extra 2600 thb 1 nite, but when I paid for it they charge me 11000 thb, then I talk to the manager, they give me the price 6200 thb finish all upgrade, I mean the 5 star hotel should know what they are doing, can't over charge the customer, the end manager say next time I visit thai and stay in their hotel, i will get automatically upgrade, no extra charge
