the booking management still needs a lot of improvement

we've booked 2 twin bed rooms, unfortunately they just ignored the information and give us 2 king rooms for 4 men, it's a quite embarrassing situation for a business trip with colleagues. They changed the rooms for us later but just telling no more metal theme twin bed rooms which we booked! ... just no idea what to say about this booking management

Everything I can expect from a Hotel in Bangkok was good. If you have a good price, it could n't be better.
