Has better hotel in the same area

I booked a suite room, when I went to check-in room is not ready. Hotel give me an upgrade to better for this problem. Everything going well until I found the door cannot lock. No need to use key to open the door. I asked the staff to fix it, but it still happen until I checked-out. Staff said the manage will call me to apologize, but no one call.
