So lovely that we keep on coming back

We have stayed before and were again amazed of the helpfulness of staff in any situation. We got drenched in rain and they dried our clothes, helped us with bookings, ran out to the streets to fetch a taxi (in the pouring rain)..
The rooms are immaculate clean and the design is so lovely, one has to come back. It does not offer the facilities a major big hotel would, but with the quiet area, the love to attention you find there, you don't miss it at all.
The location is fantastic, a 15 min walk and one is in front of the Palace.
