Great location on Phayao Lake

Arunothai is more of an evening hangout for young Thai adults than it is a hotel. But it has the three things I value most. It is clean. It is a good value. It has a great location. Arunothai lists themselves as having breakfast included in the price. But, it is just tasteless rice soup and toast and instant coffee. Very disappointing. But it is still a good value and I will still come back.
