Pool Out of order

Pool is at least till August under construction. Staff reacted very unfriendly when we told them we were not notified about this. It was “our problem” and we should contact Agoda. Agoda told us it was was mentioned on their website but it took me quite some time before I found it, Ian sure It wasn’t there when we made the booking. Agoda also said that in the price already a 40% discount was included. and therefore we could have known . On top of that we had a cockroach in the room, again no sincere apologies from the hotel staff. I understand renovating is necessary but inform your guests upfront and wait till breakfast is finished before making noise and dust. Other than that a good location and luckily we could use the pool from Tommy’s resort.

not the best value / quality hotel in haad rin
I stayed 2 weeks in sea breeze resort in haad rhin and then moved to the bayshore resort for a few days. Although there was a 40% discount, the bayshore was still 50% more expensive than the seabree... อ่านต่อ

Very nice hotel.
To my surprised is they even provided us a fullmoon dinner on that day. I like this hotel walk out can get 711 and massage already and is right at the party zone.

Nice hotel on an excellent location
