Best hotel in Phangan

It was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful and the position is perfect. Pool area is clean and beautiful.
Only problem was the concierge whose English was very limited - we struggled when trying to book day trips as no one at reception could advise or help us. They sent us to a waterfall which wasn't great and the taxi they organized dropped us in the wrong place so had to walk half an hour to actually find the beach and waterfall.
Otherwise everything was wonderful!

value for money is pretty low
The staff was very polite competent and helpful. We also got a room promotion. The location is excellent. However because of room condition we grade this hotel 3 star, not 4. Especially shower room ... อ่านต่อ

Super friendly staff
