I am writing in relation to the above booking through yourselves . My family arrived at the property on 22/12/2018 for a Christmas holiday and were met by hotel staff with very limited English literacy
They showed ourselves around the villa we were staying in and we thought it was a prank !
Upon entering it absolutely smelt like a garbage truck does . The windows hadn’t been cleaned for months by the looks of it neither had anything else to be precise
There were hundreds of bugs and mosquitos flying around , even bugs in the fridge to be truthful a nightmare to start the holiday ( you just wouldn’t let your pet dog stay here ) .it was nothing like how it was advertised on your booking site and to be honest I’ve used yourselves a lot of times previously with not one complaint
We had to stay for one night but since have had to book another hotel so I would like to know how I stand with compensation for my first booking . We have taken several photographs and receipts of
