Beautiful resort in a handy location.

We booked our stay for one night when passing through Ranong. The location is great - just off the highway 4 and only 15 minutes to the nicer end of town where you can find cafes, shops and restaurants (J&Ts Restaurant is worth checking out for delicious tasty traditional local food).
Our room was pleasant and clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that surprised us what that the reception staff spoke almost no English. I don't by any means travel the world and automatically assume that everyone should speak my language but, in a high-end hotel, I was surprised that the three people serving us appeared to no nothing at all.
