Weekend get a way

Our room had a broken shower/ spa experience. When we contact the desk they said: "okay, thank you." The second time we told them they say "no one here to fix". In addition, the glass showering/spa was very dirty with soap residue. Overall quiet, relaxed weekend! *TV has no English channels
